Preview of monthly ASG meeting

We had a great time learning how to create/sew an Origami top. One member did a 7 block, the other a 6-block. :-). One good thing about this project is that you don't have to deal with fitting issues because you're using your own measurements right out of the gate!

Also, a serger was used, but it's not mandatory. You can also use the zig-zag stitch off your machine if you don't have a serger.

 Here's a sneak peak:
Sample 6 block from the instructor's creation.
Another view: 6-block top made by the instructor.
Another Origami sample-this one a dress.
 Getting it together.

 Finished product of a 7-block.
 Finished product of a 6-block.

  2. Yes, we had a good time. This is a very friendly group-very welcoming. :-). Even though I didn't participate (except for taking pics) :-), I got the instructions, saw some ins and outs, etc. :-). Thanks for dropping by. :-)
